Start Modeler generation

start_modeler_generation

Create a static GLB with Modeler. Choose a quality tier and Credit ceiling, and keep the request ID for safe retries. Low reserves 2,000 Credits and charges actual usage up to that amount. Modeler uses your connected account without a Mint chat or Project ID.

Parameters

Input schema generated from the registry. Required parameters are tagged.

  • prompt

    string

  • reference_image_ids

    array

    referenceAssetId values returned by upload_reference_image (not its imageUrl). The upload needs a project_id; any owned Project works.

  • quality_tier

    "low" | "medium" | "high" | "max"

    Low reserves 2,000 Credits, Medium 8,000, High (default) 25,000, Max 100,000. Choose the user's tier before spending.

  • max_creditsrequired

    integer

    User-authorized Credit ceiling. Must cover the tier's price. Only the tier's price is reserved; actual usage up to that price is charged.

  • request_idrequired

    string

    Stable unique ID for this request, such as a UUID. Reuse it with identical inputs after a timeout; use a new ID for new work.

  • conversation_id

    string

    Existing owned Modeler session. Omit to create a session.

Example request

{
  "prompt": "A small ceramic lamp with an orange shade",
  "quality_tier": "low",
  "max_credits": 2000,
  "request_id": "orange-lamp-001"
}

  "modeler": {

    "maxCredits": 2000,
    "billingState": "pending"
  },
  "credits": {
    "reserved": 2000,
    "finalized": null
  },
  "pollIntervalMs": 10000,

    {
      "tool": "get_modeler_operation",
      "input": {
        "operation_id": "modeleroperation123"
      }
    }
  ]
}

Use cases

  • Create precise static objects from text or owned reference images.
  • Build a model that can be revised in a Modeler session.
